Peo Nathan
Board Chairman & President
Peo Nathan is one of the founders of the Next Generation Foundation. He has a MS from UMass and is the Chairman & Chief Technology Officer with Advans Technologies with its corporate office in Worcester, MA. He resides in Shrewsbury, MA with his wife and two sons. He is originally from the southern part of India and hopes to return back to influence social changes to empower the poor in the subcontinent. He is an ardent practitioner of meditation and is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Vidya Vasudevan
Executive Director
Vidya Vasudevan is the president of SolveIT Inc., an IT services firm based out of Westborough, MA. She holds a Master's in Communication from the University of Madras , Chennai. She resides in Grafton with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, she loves to read, sing and listen to music.
Monalisa Patnaik
Board Director & THRIVE Project Director
Monalisa Patnaik is the founder of THRIVE -To Help Rural Indian Villages Emerge. Monalisa is a Strategic Consultant for Humana. She received her pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy (MCP) and is pursuing an MBA at the Heller School, Brandeis University. She manages the NGF's THRIVE Project.
Naveed Deshmukh
Board Director & Treasurer
Naveed Deshmukh is a Sr. Manager at Fidelity Investments. He holds an MBA degree from Clark University. Naveed is currently the Treasurer for NGF and has been involved with NGF since its inception. He currently lives in North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.
Pramit Makoday
Board Director & Secretary
Pramit Makoday has a Masters in Computer Applications from DAVV a reputed University of Central India. In his 10 years of IT experience he has worked as software consultant for companies of international repute and currently working as a software consultant at Fidelity Investments. Right from his student life he was very actively involved with lot of social, cultural, sports initiatives in Madhya Pradesh India. He has received recognitions from state leaderships for his contributions to the social initiatives. He was particularly active with the Computer Society of India during his post graduate studies. He lives in Westborough MA with his wife and daughter.
Ganesh Davuluri
Public Relations Director
Ganesh Davuluri consults for Fidelity Investments in the role of an Application Architect. He volunteers for NGF, mostly in activities related to Public Relations. He also serves as the President of MITHAS, a non-profit organization that strives to further the cause of Indian and South Asian music through hosting concerts by world-renowned Indian classical musicians in the New England area. He serves as a Director on the board of the India Association of Greater Boston (IAGB).
