| Disbursement Procedure for "Support A Child" |
Once a Member chooses a Trusted Person, Next Generation Foundation will be in constant communication with Member and her/his Trusted Person. Trusted Person will select needy children purely on the basis of economical criterion and the promise demonstrated by the child. Trusted Person will send details of selected children to Next Generation Foundation. Trusted Person will send the needs of children chosen and fair estimate of financial needs for the current year and the following year.
For children up to 10th standard or equivalent, Next Generation Foundation will send money to Trusted Person's bank account. Trusted Person will be responsible to disburse things pledged to children (e.g. books, stationery, umbrella, shoes etc.) or money to appropriate authority (e.g. tuition fees to schools/colleges). Trusted person will take proper receipts and send them to Next Generation Foundation.
For children in 11th standard onwards, needed money will be sent directly to child's bank account. However, Trusted Person will send the needs and estimates to Next Generation Foundation in these cases too. |
