Guidelines for Selecting a Trusted Person for "Support A Child"
Any person whom the member trusts and who, member feels, would carry tasks Next Generation Foundation entrusts Preferably residing in the chosen area or having easy access to chosen area Can be a parent, a relative, a teacher, a retired person or a social worker. From our experience, the teachers are recommended as they know needy children and understand their potential and needs.
Expectations from Trusted Persons
- Next Generation Foundation is purely in the interest of next generation and functions on mutual trust and integrity of all involved. Next Generation Foundation expects all Trusted Persons to recognize the ethics of organization.
- Trusted Persons are expected to select children based on guidelines of Next Generation Foundation and their honest discretion.
- Trusted Persons are entrusted to send needs of children selected and financial estimate for current year and next academic year for each child.
- Trusted Persons are entrusted to disburse pledged things to children chosen.
- Trusted Persons are entrusted to collect legitimate receipts and send them to Next Generation Foundation.
- Trusted Persons are expected to keep constant touch with them, guide them, motivate them and follow up their successes.
- Trusted Persons are entrusted to report children's progress at the end of each academic year/semester or equivalent.
